Banana & Blueberries Muffins

Ingredients - 2 ripe bananas mashed - 12 egg whites - 1/2 cup almond flour - 1/2 cup flax seed flour - 1/4 cup dried blueberries or cranberries - 1/4 cup sliced almonds - 4 scoops vanilla whey protein - ¼ cup Stevia - ½ tsp baking powder - ½ tsp baking soda - 1.5 tsp cinnamon - 1 Tbs flax oil - 2 Tbs Vanilla - 2 Tbs Chia seeds Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 325 F and prepare a muffin pan by lining and spraying 12 paper liners. 2. In a bowl mix all ingredients starting with the eggs, mashed bananas, almond and flax flours, whey protein, Stevia, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla, flax oil and chia seeds, mix with mixer in medium speed until batter is smooth. 3.
